In 2018, entrepreneur and wine lover Don Dady acquired the renowned Stags Ridge Vineyard, a remote, high-altitude site on Atlas Peak. The vineyard is incredibly rugged—punctuated by volcanic rock formations and boulders the size of sedans.
The name "Seven Apart" pays homage to the winery's state-of-the-art winemaking facility located exactly seven miles down the mountain, where Soda Canyon Road meets the Silverado Trail.
