It all starts in the vineyards. Since 2012, Dakota Shy has built Cabernet Sauvignon-based Napa Valley wines around Tom Garrett’s winemaking, small-quantity production, and partnerships with 16 historic vineyard sites from valley floor to the steeper hillsides.
